How to Order, Shipping and Return Policies

HOW TO ORDER

Most orders originate on the Clean and Healthy Products website. The purchaser selects the products and submits the order, but a web-based order is not binding until payment is received.

Upon receipt of an order, a representative of Clean and Healthy Products Inc will verify availability of product(s) and then reach out to Purchaser to confirm and take payment.

Clean and Healthy Products accepts orders online or by phone, email or mail. Contact information and mailing address are available at the bottom of this page.

PAYMENT TERMS

For larger orders we may offer net 30-day payment terms or terms acceptable to your facility. Clean and Healthy Products Inc accepts valid purchase order numbers or payment by credit card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express). Payment must be made in USD.

FINANCING

For orders over $100,000 we can offer financing, subject to credit approval.

PRICES AND PRICE CHANGES

All prices are subject to correction or change without notice. In the case of substantial increases, customers will be notified prior to fulfilling the order. However, we always try to keep our prices as low as possible.

TAX

Clean and Healthy Products Inc will collect sales tax from a California end-user (unless that end-user has a valid tax-exempt certificate). Otherwise, Clean and Healthy Products does not collect tax on any of its products. The purchaser is responsible for remitting any tax owed.

WARRANTY

Clean and Healthy Products Inc provides the warranty of the manufacturer on all of its products.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
For non-US orders, prices listed may not include freight or handling fees. Shipping charges may vary depending on distance, value, weight and cargo. All orders are shipped UPS Ground or common carrier unless otherwise specified. If applicable, shipping charges will be added to your order total. Should you need to know the shipping charges in advance, please contact Clean and Healthy Products Inc for a shipping cost to be added to your original quote. Items may ship separately.

RETURNS

All Personal Protection Equipment and Disposable Supplies are non-returnable. In the case where we operate as a distributor, we extend the return policies as set forth by our manufacturer or supplier.

LOW PRICE GUARANTEE

It is always our policy to provide the lowest possible price to our customers. In the event that we are not the lowest price we will make every effort to beat any competitor’s written quote. Additional savings may apply for bulk purchases.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Clean and Healthy Products Inc can ship internationally. Canadian orders will be shipped UPS Standard unless otherwise specified. All other international orders will be shipped by DHL or USPS unless otherwise specified. Please note that orders shipping through the USPS are only traceable within the United States.

USE OF PRODUCTS

All products purchased from Clean and Healthy Products Inc are to be used under the supervision of a qualified instructor. Purchaser agrees that all products will be used for their intended purposes only, in a safe and legal manner consistent with all applicable state and federal laws and Purchaser’s own internal health and safety policies.

All efforts are made to display accurate product information, however, due to uncontrollable manufacturing conditions, product specifications and colors are subject to change without notice.   • Shipping Time

    Products listed, as of today, are available and ready for shipment. The capacities of the manufacturers we’re working with greatly exceed the quantity of product being exported. Speed to delivery is a function of shipping companies as well as governmental inspection and approval processes (both abroad and within the US).

    With regard to delivery, yes, there are things beyond our control and we’ll always make the customer aware of that but, more importantly, we will not mislead our customer. In China, the recent addition of in-plant inspectors added 3-4 days to all suppliers’ lead times. That additional lag has already been accounted for and is reflected in our product schedules.

    In these very turbulent times, we highly recommend a “buyer beware” mindset. Promises of product delivery in “just a few days” are almost never met. Recently we were told the story of a $2M order that was withdrawn because a competitor had promised a shorter lead time. It didn’t turn out as promised and the order was reinstated with the original supplier, ultimately causing additional, unnecessary delay.

    We know where our products are in the supply chain, and we will always do our very best to provide a delivery date as based on facts, not “hope”. The good news is we do make every attempt to anticipate upcoming need, and therefore almost always have product already in transit. For our customers, that means we often deliver earlier than expected.

  • Customer

    Assuring exported product is properly accredited led to implementing a heightened inspection criterion, including, among other things, the stationing of inspectors in the very facilities producing the products we procure (see Product Quality).

    There is a lot more in the way of protection and/or recourse available to a buyer. In the placement of large, bulk orders, we are certainly protecting our company, and in doing so that ultimately means protecting our customers.

  • Product Quality

    On April 10th, 2020, restrictions were tightened on the export of masks and other personal protective equipment.

    For example in China, these new regulations included verification by Chinese government inspectors, stationed in the manufacturing facilities, who authorize and identify product leaving the facilities. At the export site, product that carries the factory inspection certification must additionally be verified for export to ensure compliance with the regulations of the destination country. Once stateside, the product must go through US customs before it is once again freed for shipment to the destination.

    It should be noted the in-plant inspections immediately increased all suppliers’ lead times by 3 to 4 days. The inspections initially created a logjam, but as processes are improving, we expect to see lead times will return to the previous.
